Button Head Oval Neck Track Bolt

We have 37 years of consistent quality with the Button Head. This bolt is also referred to as a fang bolt or rail anchor bolt. These are used to fasten rail joints to the link rails. We can customize this bolt; however, it is most popular in the ½ to 1-1/8” diameter. Galvanized or Plate to increase Durability and ultimately the life of the bolt.

Rail Spikes

This bolt is roughly chiseled shaped and has a flat-edged point, L shaped head and a square shank. It is driven with the edge perpendicular to the grain which gives greater resistance to loosening. Diameters range mostly from 5/16-5/8. Our Spike has consistency for ease of use and installation.

Frog Bolt (Square Head)

Here at Master Bolt, we have mastered and perfected the Frog Bolt. Frog Bolts are also referred to as Switch & Frog or Square Head. It is a type of track bolt used in a railway turnout. Our Frog Bolt is a preferred fastener by both our American and UK customers. The diameter ranges are typically between 1 to 1-3/8” or 25mm- 35mm. The Frog Bolt is high strength, reduces risk and increases railway safety with the thorough processing from our Nadcap approved Heat treat vendor.

Frog Bolt (Hex Head)

A Hex Head frog bolt is a kind of track bolt used on a railroad frog in part of the railway turnout. Our Frog Bolts are high strength and affixed to the railroad frog to reduce risks and increase the safety of the railway. Lengths of this part can vary, and Master Bolt can produce whatever length is desired. The Hex Head works the same way as a square head frog bolt. These bolts protect trains from collisions and are very durable to the elements. Installation is simple and effective due to our standardized engineering meeting the mating part with ease.

Screw Spikes

Screw Spikes are used to fasten ribbed base and sole plates to wood sleepers and play an important role in railway fastening systems with the help of a plastic dowel. We meet all the different standards for railway tracks in regards to Screw Spike Specifications. They can be galvanized or black oxide finish. Our in-house tooling tackles any needs with lag thread. We have customized lengths for any application and still ensure quick delivery.
