Continuous Improvement and New Additions at Master Bolt

Master Bolt has been around in the manufacturing industry since 1984 when we were only producing one specific product for the railroad industry; a bolt. Our goal has always been to continuously improve our processes so we can provide quality products and services for our customers. 

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we began to diversify our product capabilities. Now, we supply our customers with a wide variety of hardware that they need for their applications. We serve many different types of industries and hope to continue our expansion.

As our company grows to better serve the needs of our customers, we are looking to bring on new associates. We need resourceful and qualified candidates that want to be a part of our family at Master Bolt. 

New Team Members

Our newest team member, Matt, comes to us with an extensive background in the quality sector of the automotive industry. He says he is extremely excited to be a part of the family, learn new processes, and bring his own knowledge to the table.

We also expand our capabilities by acquiring the machinery we need to supply custom products our customers need and request. If there is a specific need that you need, we work as hard as possible to fulfill that need either through the acquisition of new machines or by utilizing our partner's knowledge and capabilities.
