Custom 12-Point Cap Screw Manufacturing
All of our twelve-point screws are hot-headed bolts. Once they're done going through the hot heading process, they go into our CNC department, which ensures all parts are fully CNC manufactured to all customer specifications. All parts then go out for heat treating. After that, they will be either cut threaded or roll threaded depending on the customer's needs. All of our 12 points can also be engraved at the top of the head per customer specifications.
