New and Improved Capabilities

Fastener Hot Forging:

We take raw material from ½ inch to 2 inch diameters. We can form a standard hex or square head, or any special type of faster head that the customer may need. The head dimensions can also be customized from 2 inches to 2 feet diameter lengths.

Bolt and Fastener Threading:

We offer in-house custom threading, which allows us to provide our customers with any length threading they need. We offer cut threading and roll formed threads.

CNC:

In 2019, we acquired 5 CNC machines along with experts who know these machines and how to run them. This is a great benefit for our customers because now we can produce a single part or multiple parts for production purposes.

Plating and Heat-Treating:

Our plating and heat-treating facilities are within an eight of a mile from our plant, which means we can provide exceptionally quick turnaround times for customers who need these services. 

Product Testing:

We can provide any testing that's might be needed in-house or send it out to an outside lab for any requirements that somebody may need.

Shot Blasting:

 Shot blasting allows us to offer a more polished product for those customers who need their hardware to look aesthetic. So, our product can come in in a hot roll form steel, and we can shot blast it to make the appearance look a lot better.
