At Master Bolt, our specialty is manufacturing high-quality custom and standard sized fasteners. Our goal is to be your one-stop-shop for all of your fastener needs, which is why we have revolutionized the bolt manufacturing industry with our custom capabilities. 

Over the years, we have developed our own tooling allowing us to make some of the smallest and the largest fasteners on the market. If your application is in need of a custom-sized part, Master Bolt has the experience and the tools necessary to produce that part.

Not only can we manufacture your custom part, but we can work with you to make sure you are getting the correct dimensions for your application. We want our parts to work the first time, every time, so we don't mind getting our hands dirty with a little R&D for our customers.

For all of our products: bolts, spikes, rivets, etc. we can customize the length, diameter, threading, and even the configuration of the head.

Custom Length:

We can produce a custom length fastener anywhere from two inches to 100 inches in length.

Custom Diameter:

We have produced products with diameters from 3/8th of an inch to two inches. The smallest we have ever gone was 3/8 by two, but we would be willing to try to go smaller if anyone needed it.

Custom Threading:

We can do coarse threading, fine threading, roll threading and in any length as well.

Custom Heading:

You can add any type of head to your fasteners such as hex, square, t-heads, in any size and you can even add your company name to it.
