How Do We Manufacture Our Custom Socket Head Cap Screws?
Depending on the size and the length with either hothead the part or we can completely CNC the part.
Hotheaded Socket Head Cap Screws
If the part is hothead the socket end bringing it up to the CNC department, completely turn all dimensions per customer satisfaction and spec. Then they go on to our engraving process, where we can engrave the top of the part or the side of the head of the cap per customer specifications. Our capabilities allow us to manufacture all prototypes, short-run and long-run, depending on diameters and lengths of the part.
CNC Socket Head Cap Screws
If the part is completely CNC machined, then we machine the first two operations. Then the parts come over to our building department where we have three and four axes capability to mill in the socket, whether it's a hex or any other variable size that customer needs for their specifications.
