Facility Upgrades Keep Master Bolt Efficient and Effective

At Master Bolt, we have been growing a lot over the past few years, not only with the technology and capabilities we now possess but also within our own facility. As a custom industrial hardware manufacturer, we provide quality products to a wide variety of clients across many different industries. And, as our capabilities grow, so must our facility. 

Master Bolt Facility Upgrades

Over the past year or so, we have acquired a lot of new machinery and technology that helps us provide our customers with the custom fasteners they need. Now that we have all of the machinery we need, it is time to protect it. That is why we upgraded many different parts of our building to keep employees happy, safe, and productive while also keeping our machines safe too. 

Our building was built in 1919, and it needed a lot of renovations.

New Roof

We had a roof replacement to keep our people and our property safe. One of the major things we changed when we got our new roof was that we used to have skylights, but these were problematic with temperature. So, the roofing company was able to cover those up, and we replaced the light with LED lighting.

New Bathrooms

As we grow, we find ourselves needing more restrooms. Before our upgrade, some of our bathrooms were not operational. So, we renovated all of the restrooms in the building.

Break Rooms

We also renovated the break room so that employees had a clean and relaxing place to eat their lunch and take their breaks. 

New Cleaning Crew

We also got a new cleaning crew that comes in twice a week to help us keep the building clean. As a manufacturer, our facility can get pretty dirty, so it was important for us to have a good crew to help us keep our space clean.
