Types of Inventory
We do a couple of types of inventory for our customers. Whether you need standard or custom parts, we will stock them to make sure we can get them to you as often as you need. Some of our customers need new bolts every week, so we created a Kanban system for them so that they get their parts on time every week.
Sometimes our customers need a variety of bolts, so one week they need a 15-inch length and the next week they need a 13-inch. What we do is carry a surplus of the 15-inch bolts and cut it as the customer needs each week. This process helps eliminate days of wait time for the customer.
We get to Know Our Customers
We try to learn our customers; what they do, what their applications are so we can better serve them. We also have agreements with our customer in regards to our inventory. So, we're very flexible when it comes to what the customer needs. We can maneuver around obstacles and customize their experience.
