Growing to Serve Your Fastener Needs

We have recently been getting a lot of requests from customers who needed their parts with tighter tolerances, but at the time, we did not have the capacity nor the capabilities to fulfill these requests. So, instead of simply saying no, we looked into what it would take for us to make these parts to their specific requests. 

New CNC Capabilities for Industrial Bolts

We were inquiring on acquired a few CNC machines to accommodate the customer's demands. In doing so, we came across a company that happened to be for sale. We ended up purchasing that company and their equipment. So now we have the capabilities of running precision parts, either one part or production parts, whatever it might be. 

We now have these CNC capabilities:

• Two two-axis lays
• One four-axis lays with a sub-spindle
• Two production mills
  • A Haas Mill that has four-axis capability
  • A Doosan Mill that has three-axis capability that can accommodate large components.

Not only did we acquire the machines, but we were able to keep the experts who have been running these machines for years when we bought the company.
