CNC Custom Fasteners from Master Bolt

We have added a lot of new capabilities to our services at Master Bolt over the last few years. One of our newer capabilities comes with our new CNC equipment. 

Computer Numerical Control

Our CNC machines or computer numerical control machines allow us to provide our customers with more accurate custom fasteners such as bolts, rivets, and spikes. We can now offer even tighter tolerances and more variety for dimensions for each part. 

Turning Operations

Our lathes, which are our turning operations, allow us to manufacture parts up to three inches in diameter and up to eight inches in length while holding two-tenth tolerance. 

Milling Machines

On the mills were able to manufacture large or small components, on our fourth axis lathe, which is fully programmable while holding a five-ten tolerance.

CNC Components

We have numerous amounts of CNC components, but to name a few, we have pistons, adjusting rods, bushings, and retainers.

CNC Materials

Our materials depend on the customer's needs, but we have experience with stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass; all of different grades.
